A NEW MAGICAL ANIMAL LANTERN FOR 2020?
A PEOPLE'S LANTERN
We are crowdfunding to create a new people's lantern for Winter Droving 2020, which will take place on Saturday 24th October 2020. Some of our animal lanterns are getting quite elderly, some are 9 years old! We need your support to create a brand new lantern or lanterns to make 2020's procession the best yet.
HOW ARE THEY MADE?
The big lit up animal lanterns that you see in the procession are made by amazing artists, they are very intricately put together by bending willow and then carefully pasted with layers of special tissue paper. They are then wired up by an electrician to make them shine!

ALL supporters will have their name listed on the website on a special people's lantern page. For donations over £100 you will be invited to meet the lantern maker and see the animal being made.
Corporate Sponsors
Businesses can sponsor a brand new lantern for £1000 (business can share a lantern). Business sponsors will receive their name/business branded onto to the lantern plus a great sponsorship package. For more info please call Heather on 01768 899444.
